Tramontana

Established in 2003, the company presented an avant-garde, 2-seat roadster at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle, featuring the passenger seat behind the driver’s, houses a BMW 5.0-liter 500 hp unit. The company produced up to 12 units per year starting 2006. In 2009 Tramontana R was released and in 2012 a much upgraded Tramontana XTR was presented. There were even some plans for a Tramontana crossover named X-Over. However, only one teaser image was released and this project was not further developed. The current status of the Tramontana company and its production is not clear.
