The Milieu TM09, a 1-seat, 215-cm long electric car by Takeoka, has a 60-km range with a top speed of 50 km/h. Its petrol engine version, the Abbey Carrot, houses a 49-ccm 6.8 hp unit. The company also offereed smaller 1-seaters: the Rookie (with an electric motor generating 0.82 hp), the Abbey Friendly (49-ccm 6.8 hp) and the Abbey EV (with an electric motor delivering 0.82 hp).
