Vito Simoni created personal Parts company located in Sao Paulo. Their main business is the manufacture of aerodynamic kits molded in reinforced plastic. Additionally, they also make body kits to fit on various cars. The San Vito project was started in 2005 and presented at Sao Paulo Motor Show in 2008. It was an open-top sportscar with a tubular chassis, a fiberglass-reinforced plastic body, and a central Volkswagen turbo engine.
