Fenomenon Ltd from London was founded in 2002 and it presented the Stratos coupe with a 3.6-liter 425 hp V8 unit by Ferrari at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. The prototype developed a speed of 265 km/h and accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. Later, it was developed into the New Stratos project which subsequently was put into production by MAT (Manifafttura Automobili Torino).
